Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Products must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included.

How to Initiate a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Consumable items (tinder tabs, filters) are non-returnable once opened.
